Fabricator Error just Help Please!

Up at 3:26 a.m. Glad I found this site! My Granite (http://tanbrown.org) was installed 3 days ago and (http://maplered.com) the overhang on the right side of my slide in range is 3/4 inch less than the overhang on the left side of my range! Very noticeable. The Granite (http://tanbrown.org) fabricator will be here in a few hours to fix it. How can they move a Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top that is glued to my cabinets without damaging my new cabinets? I am sure they will pull the Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top out and (http://maplered.com) cover the gap that will be created in the back with the backspash. I know part of this gap will be seen on the open end where no backsplash will be. I definitely did not choose the least expensive company.

They also did a very sloppy job of installing L brackets under the pass through slab, but I was going to try to cover that up with corbels.

Do I just start letting them tear up my new kitchen? Can a correction be accomplished without destroying something?
